How quickly will I hear back after submitting an inquiry?
Within 1 business day of receiving your inquiry, we'll match you with 3-5 verified, women-led factories relevant to your product category and requirements. Each inquiry is assigned a reference number (FHS-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) so you can track your submission.
What file formats and sizes can I attach to my inquiry?
You can attach a single file up to 100 MB. Accepted formats include PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, ZIP, DWG, DXF, DOCX, and XLSX. This covers most tech packs, spec sheets, reference images, and design files. If your file is larger than 100 MB, please compress it or include a link in your message instead.
